A heritage of know‑how
Winemakers for nine generations, our family has cultivated the land with passion since the early 19th century. Even then, our ancestors worked the soils of Forcalqueiret, Rocbaron, and Sainte‑Anastasie‑sur‑Issole.
Their farming, deeply rooted in Provençal tradition, was diverse: vines, olive trees, fruit trees, and market gardening thrived side by side.
This heritage, passed down from generation to generation, continues to shape the soul of the Domaine du Vignaret today.
1930
A testimony to our past
In this photograph from the 1930s, Maurice — father of the current owners — is filling the old press in the historic cellar of Sainte‑Anastasie‑sur‑Issole. At just fourteen years old, he was already taking part in the estate’s work, in this emblematic place that still stands today, a silent witness to the first chapters of the family’s history.

1991
Passed down to Denise and Roger
The family lands were entrusted to Denise and Roger, inherited from their parents. This is where the adventure of the Domaine du Vignaret truly began: a family story built patiently over generations, evolving with time and remaining, even today, a place of passion and shared joy for all of us.
1999
The first Petit Vignaret vintages
In 1999, the estate expanded and reached a new milestone: the first Petit Vignaret vintages were vinified in a private cellar. A pivotal year that marked the beginning of a more intimate, more personal production, paving the way for the estate’s identity as it is known today.

2007
The first cellar of Forcalqueiret
A new chapter began with the construction of the very first cellar in Forcalqueiret. That same year, the first harvests were brought in, inaugurating a modern facility that marked the estate’s entry into a new era of winemaking and development.

2014
A second cellar to support growth
In 2014, the estate continued its development with the construction of a second cellar in Forcalqueiret. This new facility marked an important milestone, providing more space and greater precision to support the expansion of the Domaine du Vignaret.

2025
The millennium of the Castellas and a new generation
In 2025, the estate celebrated the millennium of the Castellas, the historic sentinel that has watched over our lands for ten centuries. This symbolic milestone coincided with the arrival of the new generation, ready to write the next chapter of the Domaine du Vignaret while preserving the heritage passed down through nine generations.
